By prediction, there enters the words “educated guess.”
Please don’t be lulled into a complacent attitude about hurricanes or tropical storms.
Having been born before hurricanes were named, it has always been common sense to exercise caution.
Years ago when PNS NAS had a carrier, it was the real barometer. If the carrier left, so did I!

Didn’t BO just tell us that global warming/climate change causes more hurricanes? Wasn’t last year fairly quiet, as well? Has Colorado finally stopped listening to him?

They’ve predicted heavy activity for the last few years and yet we haven’t gotten much, now they say it’s going to be a quiet season, not sure I can believe that. El Nino or not I have a feeling we’re in for something. I hope not as no one likes horrible weather especially me, but call it instinct or a gut feeling, but I’d rather be prepared than not and be wrong.

Well, since they have predicted it to be THE quietest that means we are going to get hammered.
