Obviously a typo by our Tallahassee news bureau that we missed. Not knowing the actual number that Scott mentioned, we’ve changed it to just say “many”. Thanks for pointing it out.

Either Scott or the story author has made a huge error. There are not that many languages in the whole world, as the bulk of the world according to Wikipedia speaks only about 100 total. Makes me wonder if the 100 million tourist figure is accurate, along with the 250,000 new residents figure.
