As somebody who has experience working these cases, let me tell you that it is very difficult to determine who produces the video/photo. Furthermore, chances are, it was not produced here in our jurisdiction, which creates further problems in the investigation and prosecution. If we could catch those people, we would gladly do it. I’m going to assume that your last comment about law enforcement not arresting the producers so that we still have something to do was just you venting. If you honestly think we would do that, you misjudge us badly.

Just once I would love to see the arrest and conviction of anyone that is the source of the subject matter.
How come we never see that happening?
Would the authorities run out of people to prosecute if they eliminated the source?

This is sick he needs to be castrated and all the constitutional rights arguing is dumb it’s child porn either way it’s a horrible crime and he should be killed for it! Personally I think they should send him to population and make sure everyone know what he’s in for and all of the dad’s and granddads and brothers and so on will take care of him.

I think those silly rights you are referring to come from the Constitution. However, I understand that the Constitution doesn’t really matter until it supports the rights that you cherish.

I would love to hear your alternative to the current criminal justice system.

Simply another flagrant waste of tax payers dollars to defend him…We arrest them, prosecute them, defend them and if then support them if they go to prison. The victims on the other hand have no rights. Thanks to the ACLU and NAACP…criminals have more rights than victims…
