@ Rita. Read the law about stand your ground. He was armed with a hammer which can be a deadly weapon. He is in your home uninvited. Dead man can’t talk. I guess you Rita would have be victim number four with this animal on the loose. Wake up!!! I agree with mike. He was lucky he broke into that home because if he got the right on. That murder case would have been closed

these days the homeowner would have been in the WRONG if they had used the “stand your ground” rights–glad he was caught and hope all the people who are always on tv whining about the injustice will cry out for the INJUSTICE done to the victims in New Orleans!!
