I agree with this if it is a non-violent crime, they have paid their dues and it is not habitual. It is sad to see what is happening to our young people. Many come from broken homes, including myself, or come into this world with only one parent. This usually has a negative effect on our children and teens. I was never in trouble but could see how this could easily happen. I feel that our young should have every opportunity to go to college, join the military and be able to find jobs. Let's not make it tougher for them. What type of adults do we want in our society? Another person we're going to have to support because they weren't given a chance. Wake up people and let's be sensible about this. Have we not all done something stupid and wish we could take it back. I don't want to be the first to throw the stone and I don't know of a single perfect person.

Expunging of records is lying to the public.
Sealing records is lying to the public.

David for honesty
(we've tried everything else)
