There goes my Math classroom! I do like the new one much better. There is more room, a lot of storage, and the temperature is much more stabile.

I graduated from a school in 1986 and the gyms were referred to as New Gym and Old Gym…..Now when my daughter graduated in 2014 they are still referred to as the New Gym and The Old Gym…….. The New Gym was built in the 70’s I think.

I seriously doubt that they would let asbestos “fly into the air” next to a building full of children!! The asbestos was removed first!

Lot of great memories there. Sad to see the buildings being torn down, but happy for the children of today getting a new school. The buildings will be gone but the memories will last a lifetime.
