Get the reoffenders off the street. Judge Terrell we EXPECT you to serve the safety of the public and protect us from such reoffending felons! Should be more than 10 years. Seems to be aggravating circumstance on top of elder abuse!

His sentence should be 10 years alone for the weapon charge. The kidnapping and home invasion should carry another 10 each. If the judge gives this thug just 10 years, we’ll see another picture of him here in less than 7 years.

A convicted felon and 10 years is the recommended sentence? At least 25 years for an already convicted felon that was in possession of a firearm. get him off the street and keep him off the street.
