I want to imagine that each family here, both black and white, have a mom and dad in the house who limit the number of children they have to the number they can feed and clothe. I would like to imagine that the government and the people who want to help would encourage responsibility for the people in our community. It is good to bring in the groceries and make a big show of support but the bottom line is---Bring a man a fish and you feed him for a day---teach him to fish and you feed him for life.
