That smirk on his face makes me think he knows exactly what he was doing, just an idiot for doing so.

Dear future and current criminals, these stores have very little money on hand. The safe is on a timer and there are cameras in just about every store if you see them or not. The people you are putting in danger are someone’s loved family member trying to make an honest living making barely above minimum wage. Please if you must rob or steal put some thought into it and find better targets, approx $40 cash is not worth armed robbery and a possible human life. If its for drugs, find help and make a positive difference in others lives. If you’re hungry there are plenty of churches that will give you and your family food. There are better options.

Obviously this guy is not the brightest penny in the roll, but he knew what he was doing and knew it was wrong, so therefore he is not legally insane. Stupid but not crazy.

Well, as long as he had a reason to rob the place — WHAT?????
$5,000 for his sister’s braces + $12,000 for his little brother = $17,000
$20,000 — $17,000 = $3,000 guess the remainder was for his troubles.

Not sure I have heard of a robber having such specific “reasons” now who will rob for his $50,000 bond?

I just had to chuckle when I read that statement. His momma should explain to him that just because you do something foolish while you are under the influence of alcohol doesnt mean you wont be held accountable for your actions. Otherwise, no one would ever be found guilty of DUI, DUI Manslaughter, etc…..
