Florida, as a state has a Higher Crime Rate than the majority of other states. Anything that helps reduce the opportunity for seclusion and stealth in the darkness can be a help in reducing, or making move visible, criminal activities. All for the lighting and citizen involvement -- know something Speak Up -- to help slow this down. Rarely hear of US Federal agencies active in our area. Are they still working here or is it all behind the scenes?
