Casino gaming would be a WONDERFUL addition to our area! All our local revenue going to Biloxi would STAY HERE! People are going to gamble and entertain themselves no matter what anyone says.. or likes or dislikes.. we need to bring this entertainment to the Pensacola Bay Area!

oh yeahhhh…we need another rip off casino to take our money and make us miserable…..i say …get rid of all em and keep it in Las Vegas…just too many casinos hurting more folks in the pocketbook….advertizing hope and playing on human greed….making somebody rich and alot of people poorer….. crooks crooks crooks!!!!

I’m not opposed to the idea. I don’t hunt,fish,or golf. I gamble. That’s my entertainment. I Would much rather spend my $20,000-$30,000 a year here than take it over to Biloxi, as I’m sure THOUSANDS of other people would also.

@ Jerome I agree we need this. It will create jobs and give people something fun to do. This boring and oppressed community needs this! What’s wrong with bringing jobs to the area? Just look at the success of the wind creek. They are always busy and business is booming.

I’ve tried reading these articles on casinos. I think I understand the words, but I just don’t understand how the system got to be so convoluted.

Yes! Gambling and alcohol always mix so well together. If somebody NEEDS to gamble they MAY have a problem.

So the state made a deal with the seminoles giving them a monopoly on gaming in florida and now the deadline approaches…hmm do they put thousands out of work? or how many more zero’s do we tack on the end number?
