		<description>Is there any sort of &quot;tracking&quot; to find where the 0.4 % of those who are no longer on the Unemployment report went?
I seem to recall they (all of us in reality) are tracked using employer / IRS tax payroll records and SSN of the workers which is reported to the state on some frequency.
Would not of course include people who have moved.
Just curious where any &quot;hires&quot; found work.</description>
