I mean really if the county would do what they are supposed to do we would have much less of these problems. What I'm saying is the people always have to call for service and the county already knows the problem is there. rotate the road crews prisoners out everyday and make them work 6-8 hour shifts and clean this area up. I had a county bid project in my area and they left the worse ditch untouched. it still holds water and when I called they would BLOW OUT THE COVERTS. been a year and nothing has happened.
