I’m not taking up for him but Conrad actually takes care of his mother and loves her with all his heart…what happened yes was crazy but every don’t know exactly what happened and I hope that he just gets the help he needs he is a good man and will help anyone but he has a problem. ..and all I can say is I pray for him and his family

Micari plead “no contest” and Judge Gary L. Bergosh is the one guilty of being soft (again).
I suppose since Escambia has no jail, they do not want to pay a premium to jail him in another county.
And this was a FELONY charge.
His past record list several domestic violence/disturbance/relations charges.

We can conclude that the judge places no value on elderly persons.

I have seen less crime and they are at camp 5 working along the road,good lord whats wrong with that judge.how is he gona pay his fines when he has never worked.his poor mom has put up with him along time.unless she would not testify against him. I bet he does not do community work either and then he will go to jail. you mean to your mom one time you will do it again. shame on you Conrad.

Who, pray tell, was the judge that made this decision?
Do we get to vote for him/her and if so When?

This guy is a monster who would do such a thing he should of had to do some jail time if he would do his mother like this just think what he might do to someone else

We have some real pieces of work in the judicial system of this county. Hard labor by the side of the road each and everyday, rain or shine, hot or cold…with a sign saying
” I beat my 87 year old Mother and I’m a drunk.” Let him do that for ninety days, with the judge supervising/guarding him.

The road side will be cleaner…maybe?

There are conditions that you must follow when you’re on probation. They’re added by the prosecutor and agreed on as part of the plea. Some of them are: seek and attend counseling,no alcohol or drugs(testing required and pd for by the criminal),no posession of firearms or weapons,no contact with victim and community service(fees also pd by criminal). Having said this I stick with my original statement of probation being a slap on the wrist
