Are they not entitled to these services. Florida cut in home services to disabled/ Handicapped children that would have kept them at home with there families. but instead put them in senior nursing homes Until the Fed Justice dept got after them. I don't understand why the current administration and legislature is set on hurting the most vulnerable and helpless. in our state. I highly advocate they include minor children of military retirees, too.
