		<description>Color me confused. Didn&#039;t Dick Scott say these jobs would be on top of the jobs that would already be created?.  The number should have been 1.7 million. The problem is the jobs being created in the low paying wage section. 

In reality,  it may take years to see if certain policies actually helped create jobs. 

On a side note, I wonder how people spin the national growth in jobs since Bush left?</description>
