PROBLEM: “Kormondy also threatened to kill witnesses who testified at his trial, including Mrs. McAdams, if he were ever released.”

SOLUTION: [Kormondy] was executed Thursday night for first-degree murder and sexual battery during a home-invasion robbery.

I can’t even begin to fathom how Ms. McAdams has felt throughout this hellish ordeal, but I hope she feels a little safer now. I pray she can move on in peace.

This is possible, but there has never been a shortage of “self-centered people who have no regard for others.”

The problem lies in their assumption they will never be caught, charged, tried, convicted and punished.
Any weakness in the chain of events means they get away with murder.

They often forget jail time is punishment even if they die of old age ere execution.

Randomly executing a convicted killer each month or even each year would scare the ones thinking they will win the lottery each time they play.

A lethal injection is too humane. People that commit a capital crime and are sentenced to death should suffer, not just allowed jut allowed to slip away.

They should be know in taking these last steps that the only way out of the physical torment, is an eternity of spiritual torment.

I pray for this family to have some peace now. I went to Oakcrest Ele. and Brownville Middle with Terri.. We were best friends always together,their mother was our Sunday School teacher at Oakcrest Baptist. I can remember we use to get on Gary’s nerves but I thought he was so cool, tall & cute. REST IN PEACE GARY!

Like 429SCJ states above, hopefully this will give a measure of closure. Not sure that is possible either. This was such a horrific crime. The way they went in and terrorized Cecilia and then killed her husband. What a terrible tragedy. Its in God’s hands what will happen to Kormondy’s soul. I just hope Cecilia can move on with her life and a good way. She will never forget but hopefully she will forgive. This guy was a monster and so are his sidekicks which I think are getting off easy. I wish the best for Ceciia…..
