We all use medications that are grown somewhere else. Why do these “patients” have to “wait” ? Cannabis is easy to grow. Why are they being so annul about it not having THC? Sounds like a control freak is in charge.

My thoughts exactly, jeeperman. 400,000 plants and 30 continuous years of operation might as well be defined as rigging the process in favor of those you want to grow the product.
We also aren’t talking rocket science. I’m betting, like you, that other states could easily supply what is needed in Florida. Of course that would fly in the face of those who are trying to give (and probably will give) that honor to their friends in high places.
I’m beginning to think politicians simply can’t do anything without involving corruption. Meanwhile, for all the spin on children and pain, as long as this is tied up in court (which seems to be the end-game) the patients will NEVER get what they need.

Serious question…….is this substance not produced any where else in the U.S. of A. or the world?
I have no idea but I bet it is.
And so why does the entire process have to be micro managed by the State of Florida?
They do not do that for any other prescribed drug.

And this rule about only a nursery that has been producing 400k plants every year for 30 years is just plain rigging who gets the contract.

Follow the money and kick backs people.
