The nice thing about being retired is that you can instruct these despots on how and where to insert their drug testing policies.

This is becoming so annoying. I mean, really, if you work…you have to take a drug test. If you don’t, for whatever reason, whether it be legitimate or not…you’re not having your “privacy” violated. And I love how they use the case of Luis Lebron…how convenient for the “Don’t have A-CLU” folks to use a “Navy veteran” as their poster boy for this non-sense.

Folks, the only thing we can do here and is continue to install elected leaders who will do what we, the people demand. And in the case of judges, when those politicians appoint these fruits and nuts…fire them in the next election! And make sure they know why!!!!

The whole bit about it being “unconstitutional” is flat nonsense. It’s being interpreted as “unconstitutional” by activist Judges!

That is a small price to pay considering how many millions of taxpayers dollars are fraudulently used for other means. Drug testing? Heck yeah!

Much like the bans on gay marriage being stuck down in state after state, it doesn’t matter how bi-partisan the vote was, or how many people voted for a given law, if that law is unconstitutional, it cannot stand. If that weren’t the case, guns would have been banned long ago. Think about it.

Mandatory drug testing is allowed for individuals who work. Why is it unconstitutional to drug test someone requesting government assistance? I don’t get this…just ridiculous!!!

If mandatory drug testing is illegal for some then it should be illegal for all. No more drug testing for anybody then.
