What else would the outcome be if they intended to rob Mr. Smith other than murder him. He was a witness and soulless cowards take the easy way out . The needle is out on second degree but life without is still there, now here kids get to grow up without a mom. I knew Ray personally he had a big heart he would of helped anyone! And because of them his daughter has to grow up without a dad. So I say throw the f'in book at them they don't deserve any kind of mercy. My heart and goes out to Rays little girl and her mother.
