Judge dismissed it. But there was a guy there was being sentenced for 26 felonies. That was not including any past crimes. But he got 2 years prison. Seems that should have been enough of a Criminal History to have already been declared an Habitual Offender and LOCKED UP for good! Letting these Guys out is one reason we have so much crime!
