This guy has had 20 cases since 2001 and some were really serious. Just about all he has ever gotten is fines. Then they have to send collection letters to get those paid. No wonder he does not care about breaking the law. I wish the judges he got cared enough about the public safety to put him away. They give him a "don't do that again young man" and then the judge is surprised that more laws are broken by the guy. Could we please find new prosecutors and judges that will ACTUALLY hold the bad guys responsible for their actions?!?!
