Sadly that is what happens most of the time. The state where he is incarcerated bears the brunt of the expense.Other states make a deal so no extradition.

While your other nice comments are much appreciated, I wanted to point out the MS authorities would have reviewed the video we published *after* arresting McMillan. While that might have helped in tying him to the the crimes here, his alleged robbery and high speed chase in MS were what led to his arrest.

THIS GUY HAD AN AGENDA and moved around to get it done. He definitely has a problem with a drug addiction and the desire to obtain at other peoples expense to get them. While committing these last three robberies brandishing a firearm he will surely be convicted and sentenced to spend many years in the MISSISSIPPI prison system before he is ever brought back to ALABAMA to face the music there or the FLORIDA robbery to be last. I have failed to figure out how which state has the jurisdiction to get him first. Is it the last one is first or is it the severity of which he is charged. Maybe a commenter in the know on this subject like DAVID HULE GREEN which I don’t know but enjoy his comments can shed some light on this for me. This man needs to be punished for all the havoc he inflicted–let’s hope the states don’t make some kind of deal with each other to where he can spend all his time in just one system to cover them all if that can be done. Was the vehicle he was using belong to him or did he steal it as well. I’m glad he was caught for his misdeeds and didn’t do any physical harm to any of the victims and maybe all the emotional harm will heal in time by knowing he was caught. JUST US FOR ALL.
