Generally, you’ll encounter “difficulties” reporting your car stolen when you let it slip to the police that you loaned it out in exchange for narcotics.
The cops won’t take a stolen vehicle report in that case, because it wasn’t stolen.

So it sounds like things have an opportunity to exceed the number of crimes in the current half of 2014?
Curious as to how there was a problem in reporting a stolen vehicle.

How do you have “difficulties” reporting your car stolen? If it was my car I would keep trying until it was reported.

If people would read CAREFULLY the stats report you will find they are for January thru June! According to the calendar, November is not included in the first 6 months
