But, it's good they did, at least this time. California has a big problem with their system and it's wrought with breakdowns and loopholes. People are growing massive bushes of pot in their yards all b/c the stoners are able to enlist phony doctors in giving them "cards" that freely allow the growing of this plant. I've not completely read the amendment that we FL voters rejected, but we do need to be able to legally provide this treatment for cancer and seizure patients. God would approve. The simple solution would be to just put the patients on commercial grade Mexican Marijuana. It is cheap, LOW IN THC and the Mexicans ship tons of it everyday.
