		<description>I agree with everything in the article except for use of the term &quot;Experts&quot; in the headline.  Since NOAA started predicting hurricane numbers in 2001, they&#039;ve only gotten it right four years and the broad ranges their numbers covered on two of those four years were like playing horseshoes with hand grenades.  They said there would be between seven and eleven Atlantic hurricanes in 2013 (there were only two - but that didn&#039;t stop my insurance rates from being jacked up).  Colorado State University wasn&#039;t any better when they predicted nine.  How any of these alleged scientists can be considered &quot;expert&quot; is beyond me.  Maybe they should interview bookies instead.</description>
