You know things are getting out of hand and WAY TOO COMPLICATED when classes have to be held in order for parents to understand the rules.

This sounds like an excellent move on the part of the school district.

Maybe this should become an annual meeting and provide information and advice to students, parents, school administration and the athletic staffs for the different sports.
Rules do change at the FHSAA level and those along with the old rules need to be reviewed annually.

Hopefully, the auditorium will be packed with interested persons who want to listen and learn the rules of the association.

Has anyone ever heard of one of these trainings being conducted in our area in the past? It is highly likely that this FHSAA reaction to the recruiting violations that occurred this past spring at Escambia High, which was in news down south (WEAR-TV and PNJ).
