If you are able to gain access to energy in any means besides being forced into Gulf Power only, then I feel it is wonderful to utilize this. We shouldn’t be limited. The same concept would be Walmart being the only shopping store available, and wouldn’t that just be absurd? If the local schools truly turn their savings into verifiable improvements for the schools…who’s to complain? Not this parent.
