Michelle – A heavy vehicle like that wouldn't have to be going very fast to go through the doors of that particular tin and framework building. Truth is, it didn't go through it at all – it merely pushed in through the double doors a few feet and tore out some flimsy framework around them (and then was stopped by some fairly lightweight debris judging from a lack of skid marks indicating heavy breaking). Had that vehicle been traveling fast, it would have made it all the way into the building and them some. Not every building is a concrete bunker with steel vaulted doors.

How can "no charges be filed" when clearly in an intersection someone is at fault? Speed must have been a factor for a vehicle to go through a building.
