Planning ahead for positive growth and change and setting up the infrastructure to allow this to happen is commendable. I am very hopeful for the future of this small town. Change is on the horizon and I look forward to seeing it continue in a very positive way. I'm proud of the efforts the city is making to overcome and move forward.
