It has nothing to do with how parents raise thier kids, that seems to be everyones excuse today for the crimes committed. You could be the best parent in the world and your child can still turn out to be a menace to society. We have free will, giving us the choices to do what is right or wrong, parents can only do thier best to raise thier kids and what that kid does with the skills taught by those parents is on that kid, even if the parents were lacking, we all know what is good or bad by time we are this mans age.

Personal responsibility has been stolen from us by those who wish to make excuses for the actions of others.

The devil at work….end of time…..please seek the almighty people. God is as sick of this world and demons as I am, but he can do something about it, I can’t. The end is near, only God can change people’s hearts. Think about this for a few moments while we think of this pastors demise……what a shame. Rest in peace brother Phillips.

What is wrong with people…..kids killing parents, mothers killing babies, men killing their mates…stop the killing people….parents raise better kids…kids be better kids… There must be a change some where down the line…

I agree with the above comment Thank you for updating . The Brewton Standard has not mentioned it all day and with it being right there in Brewton , you would think they would have atleast put it up as an alert ect .

Thanks For Staying on top of this story. The local paper and the TV News had nothing on this story. Wish Escambia County Alabama could send out text or do reverse 911 to residents in the area.
