		<description>Mic, your point is well taken.  But, as you know, all elected officials are term limited, if we just don&#039;t re-elect them.  After all we&#039;ve been through over the past few years, now is a really good time to turn out all incumbents and start with a fresh slate, especially at the National level.</description>

		<description>Come on Kathy.  Your partisanship is showing.  Did you even READ what laws were passed?  Some are really good attempts to stop very bad people.

Nothing wrong with laws that stop the bad guys just ones that target those doing nothing but living their lives.  That said we do have a few really stupid people in office starting local all the way to Congress.

The biggest mistake made in the writing of the US Constitution was to not have term limits on ALL elected positions.</description>
