Which is to say, somebody else.

Everett, if I’m not wrong, I believe there are stickers on them stating kids must be @ least 16, also if a business knows kids will be operating under 16, some businesses won’t sell, although I believe some of the smaller ones have kill switches & you can adjust the throttle, but this one doesn’t look very small. To the ones who want the county to build a park, if people don’t have a place to ride don’t buy one.

They are step brother and sister and both are doing good. My nephew has a broken arm and his step sister has a broken leg.

Corey.. Your best bet is to work hard, save your money and then buy about 20 acres out in the woods… I just don’t see the county opening themselves up to a lawsuit for ATV injuries sustained on county property … I could be wrong though.

I just moved from jacks branch a week ago. Lived there for 14 yrs. the law on the atvs not being on the highway is inforced because I’ve been gotten myself several times. Theirs woods all around their to ride in. But you get in trouble for being in the woods as well. It’s plain ridiculous if you ask me. The county needs to open of some sort of atv/off-road vehicle park with plenty of acreage to ride on. Then we wouldn’t have to listen to people complain about laws and we wouldn’t have an accident like this one.

Thank god kids will live and didn’t lose their arm or leg the lady involed I know her and I pray she dont let herself feel it was her fault

Children act like children.
It is good these children survived.
It is sad they were hurt, but that’s part of growing up.
Now, if ADULTS always acted like adults, that would be glorious.

Not sure if there is a age limit on operating an ATV. But ATV’s are not street legal. They were designed for off road use, not county roads.
