So extremely proud of our boys!! I knew there might be some confusion, based on the sign that was posted at the game…. The sign mistakenly said, “9th grade JV football”. Our boys are mostly 7th graders with a few 8th graders… Both teams played a great and fair game!!

It was Jay High School’s 7th and 8th graders, so they are middle school age. It wasn’t “mis-matched” at all.

I know the point you are trying to make. But remember Jay HIGH is grades 6-12 and EWMS is 6-8. It was not as mis-matched as it sounds.
