CONTEMPLATING:
“I can’t believe that little kid snitched on her old man. She should be the one doing time. Stop Snitchin’!”

It says, “Deputies reported finding a small bottle of vodka in the vehicle, with one of the children telling a deputy that Hardee has just consumed the alcohol.”

Where do you get “her” come from the above. I guess you figure it’s far better for him to go driving drunk down the road and risk killing someone you love as well as the children in the car?

Everybody’s got priorities.
This statement might still be right.
The kids are safer in jail than going down the wrong way of a busy highway with a drunk behind the wheel.
Not that it matters since everything already showed he was driving drunk.

I sure hope that Paul & Dudeguy are joking & just being sarcastic with their no snitch comments. While I don’t think that the snitching made any real difference in the charges against Mr. Hardee, telling children or for that fact ANYONE not to snitch, is why so many criminals get away with their crimes. The next time you are the victim, maybe you will feel different.

There is a bond schedule that has the appropriate amount law enforcement should set bond at during a suspect’s arrest. The schedule only classifies charges by their degree, like first degree misdemeanor, second degree felony and such. The bonds given to this guy were given according to the bond schedule, 2 third degree felonies and 1 first degree misdemeanor. But all you do when jacking up a bond, is give bondsmen more money.

Bonds are low because counties dont want to house and feed these folks.
