Life without parole? You have got to be kidding me!!!!! Sentence him to DEATH! now he’s going to scam the system and live off the hard taxpayers.

Time to vote some of y’all out come election time. I’m voting for people who will reduce appeals, reduce the time between conviction/sentence/and capital punishment.

In defense of Judges everywhere, they can only impose the sentence allowed by law. The Legislatures make those laws. Granted, sometimes the Judge imposes the “weakest” sentence when a harsher one is justified and allowed, but for the most part, Judges follow the guidelines set by the Legislatures.

So, I would suggest that instead of railing on the Judges, you contact your representatives in the Legislature and voice your grievances to and against them!

Alabama has some of the weakest penalties for child related sex crimes its ridiculus there.They should be apologizing to this victim for not handling it properly and leaving him unable to see the street again.

Life should have been the sentence for the first round of attacks in ALABAMA then the second round would not have occurred. It is costly to the tax payers to house the inmates but it is better than having them run loose on the streets to continue their same type or any crimes as far as that goes. How can these soft judges sleep at night knowing they fell short in their duty to impose proper sentences for these predators and to protect the upright law abiding citizens from these vicious people
Yes, the correct and most deserved sentence in this case should have been death considering the earlier convictions. The ones on death row with surefire evidence proving he, she, or they did indeed commit the crimes as accused should not be in the system laying up consuming our air, upkeep and tax dollars for no more than 5 years then end it for them–DONE DEAL.

I went to school with this guy since the 7th grade, he always had the pretty girlfriends, he was also a male stripper and again had all the pretty women he wanted. I do not understand why he went the way he did……..guess he liked having forced sex, now he will get all he wants!!! Just the other way around!!!!!!

This douchebag shouldn’t have been let out after the first attack on a 9 yr old. There is a deep, dark place in hell for a scumbag such as he. I hope he rots in prison. Too bad he couldn’t get the death penalty. Then again, when the other inmates find out what he did and that his first victim was 9, they may save us law abiding taxpayers some money.
