After the "500 year flood" it became immediately evident how fragile our aged infrastructure is here in Escambia County and how great and urgent the need is for a proactive and long range into the future plan for storm water distribution. Hopefully, the meetings and conferences going on now about restructuring the drainage will yield much more than just talk. Again, Thank You to those who labored on Scenic Hwy and on any of our other roadways damaged in the flood. We all still see divots appearing on our roads. @ Steve
