Most businesses don’t allow sunglasses to be worn in them. Ball cap and sunglasses are a dead give away something is not right. Try wearing a hat and sunglasses into a financial institution.

It sure takes a low down person to steal from people attending a funeral.
Low down to steal at any time. Not yours, leave it alone.
Dresses very nicely, wonder if all was bought with other people’s cards / money that he has stolen?
Hope that his family, friends turn him in quickly.
That ” P ” on the hat can easily be for “Prisoner”.
