From all accounts blueberries are extremely healthy. I have a blueberry bush that I am getting a lot of berries at this time. I like them on cereal but also in muffins, pancakes and of course pie.

Blueberries freeze really well. Just rinse and completely dry the berries. Fill a one gallon freezer bag about half full and place on the freezer shelf with the bag lying horizontal. Once frozen, berries will last several months. The berries can be thawed and used much like fresh berries or they make a nice refreshing snack frozen with a little whipped cream.
