I understand that raising it means that people will just drive faster. I also understand that if the speed limit is 70 and somebody drives 75 that you can give them a ticket and if the speed limit is raised to 75 that same person may or may not go 80 but if they choose to drive 75 that means no tickets which means less money for Florida and we all know that Florida cant have that. You would think the lottery does enough for Florida since its sure as hell not being used in the Florida schools. Ok I am done I just despise Gov.
