The service has been outstanding even when I had to call about missed yard pick up service. I was greeted with a smile when they came to get it. I am not sure people realize the importance of sanitation service and workers, so thank you for all your hard work. keeping our streets and homes clear of trash. I would like to ask though, has ECUA looked into selling bio-degradable trash bags? Paper bags are ok but do not contain leaves on wet or windy days. I would gladly pay for a monthly delivery of bags or pick them up at an ECUA station.
