No amount of traffic lights or warnings will fix this problem. This intersection is in a bottom and on a bad curve which limits the visibility from both directions. Even with the speed limit lowered to 55, people, especially large trucks, are excellerating when they are traveling down the hill. The DOT needs to straighten out that curve.
