No jail for her. In fact, it is sad that she is now being abused by the system that should have protected her. I agree with the Molino Mom-if you have never lived in an abusive relationship you have no idea how frightening it is on a daily basis. You flinch if there’s an accidental touch and remain in a constant state of anxiety wondering when the next physical abuse incident will begin. Pray that this woman and her children will find some peace and happiness in the future.

If you have not lived in a abusive situation you do not understand what it does to you. You get to the point where it does not matter anymore what happens to you, just get out of the situation. This lady had 4 children, 2 with issues that needed a lot ot attention, she probably knew she could not make it on her own, and it came to this.
I hope justice is done and if this woman was abused and possibly the children. she should be allowed to raise her children in peace.

Let this woman go, don’t waste taxpayer money, even his own children say she was justified in shooting him.
