He has raised 4 daughters and a lot of grandchildren. He worked for the Alabama DOC for 28 years, has fought cancer for 18 years, had open heart surgery, been shot , & been through more than any of us will. He is our hero for sure. He and our mom will be married for 57 years on July 2. We are so blessed to have them. God has sure been good to our family. Happy Father’s Day to my daddy Huey Knowles.
