Government entities such as F.D.O.T. ignore the law because they know they can. Local and State bureaucracies get their examples from federal government agencies such as the FBI, DOJ, VA and IRS which have lied, delayed, bluffed and ignored the most fundamental rule of law. We tried for some time to get information regarding accidents and traffic at the intersection of 29 and 97. They kept giving us the run around. We finally got the information from another source.
