Being a part of the food distribution was humbling. People really seemed grateful when you asked them if they were doing ok and listened to their stories of that terrible night and days after. I am so proud of Troop 628, Troop 3, Venturing Crew 628 and all of the other church and community volunteers who helped pull all of the distribution together. It was wonderful to see our local officials, Clay Ingram (and his lovely wife), Steven Berry, Malcolm Thomas and so many others you just couldn't name them all getting involved and lending a hand. It really makes you thank the Lord up above for all of the blessings that you enoy. Thanks to all who helped and God bless!

Thank you to the volunteers who worked so hard to help those in need. People at Farm Share worked hard to get the food donated and trucked to the disaster area at three locations. Thanks to you all and all the boots on the ground, people received food. This program began 22 years ago with just a farm girl who saw the waste and wanted to save it...I know, it was me.

Thank you Farm Share and Rep. Clay Ingram for hosting this event!

We were able to assist hundreds of local families with the help of over 90 volunteers!

Blessed to be a part of this event and to be a part of a community who pulls together when times are tough!
