A shot to the head in the right place usually has a fatal effect however there are times where it doesn’t hit that area, which is why I believed she shot him twice in the back. It also stated that she was sitting outside when police arrived, she didn’t flee at all, which is a sign of being guilty of killing him with motive, that motive being self defense. As I don’t know the case fully, it’s easy to suggest walking in her shoes would be a good idea before claiming that she did it because she was crazy and psychotic. So I ask that she be given a fair trial when that time comes.

I know nothing about this case at all. I do think that someone could be so scared that they could shoot 3 times with some shots being in the back. I could imagine the abuser turning around to pick up something to hurt the abused & being shoot while their back was turned. Again, I’m not talking about this case specifically. Just in speaking in general terms. So sad either way.

From what I read about this case the victim was trying to get a gun of his own, her children said that thier father stated he was going to kill this woman, so I can understand why he was shot in the back, the shot to the head may have been excessive but i don’t blame her, i would want to make sure he wouldn’t come back to get me later.
I hope the best for this people affected by this tragedy, i am under the impression this woman was being abused by this man and she did what she felt she had to do to get away from him.
We all know that restraining orders do nothing to stop an abuser from getting to thier victim. The physical and psycological abuse suffered at the hand of another can make people desperate when they are in this situation.

let me tell you something rich, you don’t know nothing til you been through and if her kids knew all about it well shes telling the truth. why would her kids lie? I known men that has been abused by women and they do nothing because they get scared for their life to. its not funny let me tell you.alot of people may say hang her but until you live in someones shoes don’t judge.

nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors and sometimes you have to do whats best for you.she should be set free. I went through abuse for 10 yrs. you are scared to tell anyone or leave.they brain wash you onto believing they will kill your kids or family.believe me you do believe them.i sit in the corner with knife all night and the pain I suffered I would have killed him to . it finally ended thanks to my son in law . after that he done material damage and when I call the cops all they could say did you see him do it and nothing was ever done. so yes people you do what you have to do. I been choked hair pulled out ,drugged by the hair on my head,agun to my head so yes I know what she might have went through. let that poor lady go and let her live in peace.
