The petitioner in a restraining order can not be arrested for violating it, so says the Supreme Court. Regardless, I highly doubt she swam to him to set him up, they were probably lying next to each other at the camp site.

why was she not arrested? it was clear that the FWC had seen this man for a overly allotted amount of time @ the camp site, sounds like he was having to live there because af a restraining order against him by HER. if the FWC had reconized his vehicle from this overly allotted time and then observed another vehicle belonging to a woman who was "PROTECTED" by a restraining order, sounds as though she showed up just agravate the situation. just because she has a protection order, that should'nt give her the right to show up where the man is, causing him more grief and more jail time. how nice of the FWC and the SRC to help her clean up the camp site while they hauled poor old Joe blow to the county hilton. She probably swam the river to his camp site. wonder if they checked to see if her clothes were wet or dry? GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! can you say SET UP.
