Justice should be swift and not take 24 years. Obviously he has been eating well while in prison yet his 2 victims didn’t have that opportunity let alone breathe for the last 24 years.

@Mike– you and I are on the same page in the song book. Go back to the “chair” and when they burn one and the lights dim and let the other big bad boys reflect on what’s coming for them.

It should NOT have taken 24 years to carry out this execution of a convicted double-murderer. If the number of years were much shorter between conviction and execution AND if the method of execution was more violent as in the past, then I think the numbers of murders would be reduced. Put the FEAR of the execution process in the minds of the criminal.
