Just look at all the old "coldmix" roads that they have already paved with "hot mix". Could save this county alot of money. We paid them to do so. This is much better for the people, less dust, better life-spans on vehicles, better access for emergency vehicles, less water pollution and siltation. The slag rock are stacked up nearly 1' heigh in areas. This so called "asphalt" is a joke, but tax payers money at work! Right!
